Verve has many years of experience in conducting successful Business to Business (B2B) programmes. Every business exposes itself to existing and potential business clients in many ways and we aim to positively modify perceptions through every available avenue. For example:
SOLUTION PRODUCTS SYSTEMS LTD (SPSL)
Solution Products Systems Ltd (SPSL) is the largest European provider of proprietary tools for high accuracy customer traffic and behavioural analysis deployed in retail stores. The company monitors traffic in over 1000 retail stores in the UK alone, operated by many of the retail industry's most successful companies across all retail sectors.
The company had been in existence longer than any significant rival; had an enviable reputation for the quality and reliability of its services but its own profile was not high. It also faced threats from 'noisy' and well-funded rivals.
Verve conducted an in-depth familiarisation with the company's personnel, products, services and clients. We determined which SPSL board members would be most suitable for specific media interviews. Verve reviewed the company's literature and branding and re-wrote all sales collaterals liaising with the company and its graphic designers.
Verve prepared detailed target lists of trade and consumer media. We launched a campaign which included transforming one company director, a retail psychologist, into a 'media guru' available to talk about the human behaviour aspects of shopping as well as the modern science of retailing for broadcast and print media. This led to many invitations to speak on National and Regional TV and Radio. Verve maximised use of SPSL's shopper traffic data by conceiving a 'Retail Traffic Weathermap', which now appears once a month in Retail Week, the 'Industry Bible'. Via strategically placed news releases, features and case studies we raised the company's profile significantly.
Within months of the start of the PR campaign, the company's profile had never been higher. Major retailers now approach the company directly as a result of the positive media exposure. The response to the new marketing material has been very positive. Our campaign continues with many exciting ideas yet to be developed.
